Privacy policy

No accounts, no sign-up, no tracking cookies.

What we collect

  • Generator inputs (goal, days, equipment) are in the page URL so you can share or bookmark a plan. They are not linked to you.
  • First-party analytics. We count page views, generated plans and clicks to the app stores. Instead of an IP address we store a hash that changes daily and cannot be reversed. Raw events are deleted after 180 days.
  • Server logs (IP, time, URL) are kept briefly for security.
  • Google Analytics, if enabled, runs with IP anonymisation; block it with any content blocker.

Links to app stores

Links to the App Store and Google Play carry a campaign parameter so we know a visit came from this site. Apple and Google apply their own privacy policies once you are there.
