How to do the Kettlebell Curl
Primary: Biceps · also works Forearms. Also called: kettlebell biceps curl, horn grip curl.
Step by step
- 1
Hold the kettlebell by the sides of the handle (the horns) with both hands, arms straight, elbows close to your ribs.
- 2
Curl the bell up toward your chest by bending the elbows, keeping the upper arms still.
- 3
Squeeze the biceps hard at the top for a second.
- 4
Lower slowly, taking about three seconds, until the arms are straight.
- 5
Keep the wrists neutral so the forearms do not take over.
