How to do the Quad Stretch

Primary: Full Body.

The Quad Stretch is a simple and effective exercise designed to improve flexibility in the quadriceps and hip flexors. It's an important stretch for anyone, especially those involved in activities that require leg strength and flexibility, such as running, cycling, or playing sports. This exercise helps to elongate the quad muscles, thereby reducing the risk of injuries and improving the range of motion. By performing the Quad Stretch regularly, you can enhance muscle recovery, prevent stiffness, and improve overall leg flexibility.
