How to do the Treadmill
Primary: Full Body.
The treadmill is a versatile machine for walking, jogging, or running indoors. It allows for precise control over speed and incline, making it suitable for everything from light recovery walks to intense interval training.
Step by step
- 1
Straddle the belt by standing on the side rails before starting the machine.
- 2
Clip the safety key to your clothing and start the treadmill at a slow walking speed.
- 3
Step onto the belt and begin walking, gradually increasing the speed to your desired pace.
- 4
Swing your arms naturally and look straight ahead, maintaining a natural running or walking form.
- 5
Adjust the incline to simulate outdoor terrain and increase the difficulty.
