How to do the Hand Release Push-up

Primary: Chest · also works Triceps, Shoulders, Core, Upper Back.

The Hand Release Push-up is a variation of the push-up that incorporates an extra movement to ensure proper form and muscle activation. By adding a hand release at the bottom of the push-up, it eliminates any cheating, ensures that the chest muscles are fully activated, and promotes proper range of motion. This exercise is excellent for building chest strength, as well as triceps and shoulder endurance, while also engaging the core for stability.
